Clarify the expected benefits.
Step 2 - Diagnostic
Discovery sessions with team members plus diagnostic exercises.
Step 3 - Launch
Create a contract with the team, including the agreed measures of success.
Step 4 - Team Coaching Sessions
Frequency of sessions.
Bespoke to the need and desired outcomes.
Approach to the sessions - usually over a 6-9 month period.
Step 5 - Reassess & Measure
Repeat diagnostic exercises to measure impact.
Step 6 - Sustainability Plan
Agree action plan to sustain the team over time.
